  • OAHU NUMBER OF CONDOMINIUM SALES:
    • The NUMBER of OAHU Condo SALES in SEPTEMBER 2015 was 480

    • The NUMBER of OAHU Condo SALES in SEPTEMBER 2014 was 415

    • SALES went up by 15.7% for the month of SEPTEMBER 2015 as compared to the month of SEPTEMBER 2014.

  • OAHU MEDIAN CONDOMINIUM SALES PRICE:
    • The MEDIAN SALES PRICE of OAHU Condominiums in the month of SEPTEMBER 2015 was $366,000

    • The MEDIAN SALES PRICE of OAHU Condominiums in the month of SEPTEMBER 2014 was $347,000

    • The MEDIAN SALES PRICE of OAHU Condominiums went up by 5.5% for the month of SEPTEMBER 2015 as compared to the month of SEPTEMBER 2014.
